The Dormitory

The Dormitory is a historic event venue located in the downtown area of Auburn, Georgia. This unique building was constructed in 1888 and was formerly used as a women's dormitory for the Perry - Rainey College, which is no longer standing. The Dormitory has been meticulously restored by the City of Auburn and renovated with the goal of maintaining its historic characteristics and charm. Bring you own caterer and alcohol.
The Grand Ivy Point

The Loft at Due South
Peachtree City, Georgia - up to 150 guests
We host a variety of events such as Corporate Events, Day Meetings, Luncheons, Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal and Couples Showers, Wedding Ceremonies, Wedding Receptions, Bachelorette Parties, Seminars, Birthdays, Proms, Family Events, and so much more.
The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests (5 tables with 10 guests per tables). Though these two rooms seat the same number of guests, the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V, which is included in the cost as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.
All catering, food and beverages, are provided in-house with the exception of custom cakes, which is handled by the host or an outside vendor. We are happy to provide a list of suggested vendors, but hosts are permitted to choose their own. We can also coordinate with each vendor deliver and setup time so you can focus on other event details.
