I had my own wedding at an Art Gallery in West Midtown Atlanta. I loved it because the art provided a unique decor that was different from any other wedding I had ever been to. Some art galleries and museums in Georgia, such as the Atlanta History Museum in Buckhead, will have separate ballrooms that don't necessarily have art installations on the walls but in my case the gallery did. You can expect that any art gallery or museum will require you to get insurance to cover any damages but event insurance typically is not very expensive. Another thing I love about art galleries and museums is that most of them will allow you to bring in your alcohol and catering - which can save you some money if you know what you are doing or have a good wedding planner.
