- 12 Hour access on the day of Wedding/Reception. Saturday weddings also have access from 3:00pm to 9:00pm on the prior Friday

- 1500 sq. ft. enclosed and climate controlled housing Serving/Prep, Restrooms & Dressing Rooms
- 300 sq. ft. Serving/Prep room w/ice machine, four bowl sink, refrigerator/freezer & counters
- 300 sq. ft. Dressing Room w/private restroom, seating area and countertop with lighted mirrors
- 150 sq. ft. Dressing Room with seating area, mirror & wall hooks
