This magnificent structure was built in 1870 and sits on over an acre of majestic hardwood trees.  The true Southern Charm property was recently restored with love, paying careful attention to retain much of the vintage charm, while infusing modern and chic touches!  Although not officially listed as a “Historic” site, with over 150years under it’s belt, Chateau1870 venue has many unique features such as nostalgic and charming wrap-around covered patio that overlooks the manicured gardens, two towering brick chimneys, spaciously high ceilings and a warmly comforting ambiance. Unique features include beautifully appointed Bridal Suite and Groom's Chamber, Quaint & Intimate Ballroom with dual fireplaces, Upper and Lower Fireside Lounges, ADA accessible and Onsite Venue Coordinator.
