Mark Brickman from Bakers Man Inc. was fabulous. Not only was his creation for my wedding day cake beautiful, but it was the most delicious cake that I have ever put in my mouth. He did exactly what we had discussed in our meetings and he made it look more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Mark Brickman from Baker's Man to handle any cake needs. He is a true professional and he created my vision above and beyond my expectations.
