Review: Baker's Man Inc.

Wow...what can I say. The cake that Mark from The Bakers Man made for my May wedding was one of the most beautiful and delicious cakes I have ever seen or tasted. We did a square cake with layers of buttermilk chocolate/chocolate icing/white cake/almond toffee cream/buttermilk chocolate and butter cream icing. It was amazing. His buttermilk chocolate cake is so moist and rich that it almost melts. He also did a large fondant bow on the top that was amazing. Let's just say there was not much cake left over and almost everyone cleaned his or her plates! Also his prices are great...that was such an added bonus. Thank you, Mark. All my cakes will come from you from now on!
