Gabriel's is renowned for its incredible desserts. Johnnie Gabriel, cousin of Paula Deen, is known as Marietta's "Cake Lady" but her customers come from across the country to taste her famous desserts including her strawberry cake and red velvet cupcakes.

All of our wedding cakes are baked in 3 layers and are filled in between each layer... 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling or butter cream. We use butter, chocolates and fresh fruit as required. All layers and frostings are made "in-house", using no mixes with the exception of the raspberry filling (imported from France), the fondant and the poured fondant. We have many different cake flavors and fillings for you to choose from.
