I was lucky to have had the opportunity to assist Margie Sikes of Affairs of Elegance with the wedding of Andrea and Noah Wells last Fall at one of Atlanta's most beautiful venues, the Atlanta Botanical Garden in Midtown.
It was a lovely evening that began with the wedding party processing through the gardens as the guests waited on the Great Lawn. The delightfully ceremonious sounds of Amati Chamber Music filled the air. Andrea was glowing in her Rivini gown as her Father escorted her to the alter where Noah was waiting with a huge smile. They both looked so happy. The ceremony went off without a hitch and concluded with a surprise dove release provided by A Dove's Nest.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails at the Robinson Gazebo while the new couple took photos with the talented Kristen Alexander. The Reception soon followed in Day Hall which was transformed into Andrea's vision by the talented team of Affairs of Elegance, Foxgloves & Ivy, Event Drapery, Sun In My Belly, and the Atlanta Botanical Garden. The ballroom was truly breathtaking. Guests enjoyed a delicious dinner served up by Sun In My Belly and danced the night away to the sounds of Rhythm Nation (booked through East Coast Entertainment). It was, by all accounts, a magnificent evening!
