We were extremely satisfied with the Bakersman

I'd like to start off by saying we are SO lucky to have been able to work with Mark for our wedding cake. He was able to accommodate our large party even though we came to him last minute AND requested a 600 person cake over a holiday (Labor Day) weekend. That being said, he was very easy to work with and the only problem we had was trying to pick a cake flavor, because they were all so delicious. We chose to go with a dummy cake and serve sheet cake from the back, and were even able to have 2 different cakes to serve our guests. On our wedding day,the dummy cake looked beautiful and the cake was delicious and far surpassed our expectations. We had friends and family who never even eat cake telling us that it was the best cake they've ever had and they finished every last bite of it. We were extremely satisfied with the Bakersman and his product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cake. Hands down, he is the best.
