My experience what EXCELLENT!!! My representative was very polite and helpful. She sat with me and help me to decide on what type of dress that would fit my figure (since I am considered to be a Full Figured Woman). I was in a hurry to get my dress and she set me up with a designer that could make my dress within a 7 day period of time.
