Mark Brickman of Baker's Man Inc. was very professional and great to work with. Our cake was beautiful and delicious! Everyone I spoke with at our reception commented on the cake and by the time we left, it was almost gone! I will definitely use Baker's Man Inc. in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing a cake or dessert. Cost was a factor for me when selecting a baker since my fiance, now husband, and I would be paying for the cake. Baker's Man Inc. was very affordable and we were able to have a wonderful cake without forfeiting taste and quality. For these reasons, I gave Baker's Man Inc. 5 stars and an excellent rating.
