Review: Baker's Man Inc.

I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Brickman and Baker's Man

I was a slight panic when there was about one month left before our wedding and still had not found a baker. Mark Brickman and Baker's Man Inc. was recommended to me by our dj and was extremely approachable. Mark returned my desparate phone calls promptly and even was able to squeeze me in for an emergency tasting a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised to find that after viewing his fabulous designs and competative pricing, his cakes tasted even BETTER than they looked. We worked together on the creative design and he suggested some cake flavor combinations that was to die for. (He even put together a box of cake samples for me to take home to my fiance since he could not be at the tasting.!) Out wedding cake was the hit of our evening and I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Brickman and Baker's Man in any bride in Atlanta who is looking for THE cake!! Sincerely, Nichole Parris Prindle
