Bakers Man did such a wonderful job on my wedding cake, February 21st, 2009! Mark really captured exactly what I wanted and the flavors in the cake were phenomenal! And the best part is that he never freezes the cake. He makes it fresh. My guests were stunned by the amazing job he did with our cake and we were so happy. We can't wait until our 1 year
