Shelley and Scott chose the dreamy Musgrove Plantation for their big day. These lovely photos were taken by Twin Hearts Photography and provided to us by Musgrove Plantation. The wedding was planned by Caroline Carter Events, a luxury, full service wedding planner providing wedding planning in Savannah, Charleston, Hilton Head, St. Simons Island, and Jekyll Island. Beautiful!

About Musgrove Plantation

Musgrove Plantation, a dreamy 1,000 acre estate on Sea Island Georgia owned by the late Nancy Reynolds daughter of the tobacco titan RJ Reynolds, is now open to the public for weddings and special events. Musgrove was built in the 1930's with 6 residences and lanes lined with pecan and oak trees with Spanish moss dangling. There are gardens and mazes, swimming pools, a lake and the property rests on the edge of the water. It is absolutely breathtaking. President Carter held his first full cabinet meeting at Musgrove and President and Mrs. Clinton are frequent visitors. The property is typically used for family gatherings and vacations as well as conferences for various think tanks and non profit organizations. After fielding so many requests for private weddings over the years, the owners of Musgrove have now decided to open it to the public for special events and weddings.
