About Us

Chota Falls is a lovely 150-acre private mountain estate located in North Georgia. This Rabun County Estate caters to couples that desire a unique outdoor wedding experience.

Our wedding packages offer many venue sites; mother nature’s most beautiful 35' Waterfall, a Vineyard Overlook that captures a panoramic view of the valley below or inside an elegant European Style Vineyard Chapel .

Experience the beauty of Chota Falls for three hours or an entire private weekend. Five beautifully appointed lodges accommodating 40-60 people provides a relaxing ambiance for you and your guests. A private waterfall penthouse for the Bride and Groom; you may never want to leave.

Chota Falls has many venue sites to entertain family and friends; a lovely rehearsal dinner at the Upper Waterfall with a bonfire to follow; a bridal bunch at the Vineyard Overlook; reception at either the newly constructed Villa Campania Reception Facility or the beautiful Tusan theme Villa Maria; and a farewell brunch by the Pond.
