Barn/Rustic or Old Historic House reception site between Athens and Atlanta!?!?

Hello GA ladies! Does anyone know of a Barn or rustic looking place that could be fancied up for a wedding reception? Or an older historic looking house?  I have been having a hard time finding a place that's reasonably priced and that lets me put some of my own touches like decorations, catering, and everything. Please help! Also, I'm trying to find something between Athens to Atlanta.

Have you tried Trolley Barn in Atlanta? I think it's close to Inman Park. Super cute!
